He actually sent me the only photo he had since it was my grandfather. I made a copy and sent it back to him, he said he had always loved that picture. I sent the link to the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, NY and they were able to identify it for me. I later visited the museum and saw one similar. My grandfather rode a motorcycle to Florida from Massachusetts back in 1920, and he is now deceased. I never learned what model he rode, but he said it was an Indian. There are no surviving photos.
