The purpose of my blog is to record my family history and genealogy on my mother's side of the family. The surnames include Hoover, Pickett (Piggott), Eccles, Huddleston, Manis (Maness), Gipson, (Gibson) Gifford, Lawson, Fish,and and other in my family tree. I will continue my genealogy research as I try to help others with their genealogy. I don't guarantee that all my genealogical conclusions are correct, they are a work in progress.
Jim Hoover was born in Richmond, Indiana on 7 Aug 1893. Ethel was born in Wabash, Indiana on September 24, 1896. Jim Hoover and Ethel Manis were married in Wabash, Indiana on February 12, 1912.
